Today was another one of those "good days". The weather was poor, so weren't expecting many cars when we arrived at 6:30. And we were right as the place was half-empty. We had a walk round and there were a few PlayStations, PS2 and Xbox games and that was about it. I spotted a few other retro buyers casing the joint (we stand out a mile LOL) including a dealer who seemed to be looking for games.

However, as the morning progressed, a few more cars turned up and then that's when the fun started. As we continually walked around and around, passing stalls many times, we noticed more and more bits were popping up on stalls we'd already checked over. So, here's what we got.

1x boxed Quickshot Python 1m (multi-format joystick) £1.50
2x GameGear games (Columns and Monaco GP) - £1 each
1x SNES with two controllers (good conditions case - shame the unit was f*cked) £5
1x boxed Master System II with 2 games (Sonic and Wonder Boy III) £5
1x unboxed Mega Drive II with 3 games (Sonic, SF II, Mega Games I also had a boxed DC Virtua Tennis in the bag) £5
1x SNES with one controller and no PSU £2.50
1x Mega Drive with 3 controllers, 2 arcade sticks and no PSU £1.86
5x Mega Drive games (Worms, Sonic Spinball, Road Rash 3, Sonic 3D, Mega Games III) £5
3x NES games (Top Gun, Solar Jetman x2) £3

So, looks like we beat the other buyers as they seemed to be in the wrong place at the right time :)

Next week is the last bootsale of the season down my way. A sad day indeed. But at least we get to have a lay in.
